Order Fullfiment and Lead Times TOP
Most products from SFFF are handmade, and custom made to order. Generally though, all items are in stock and your order will be shipped in 5-7 business days of placing your order. However, larger orders, in demand items that are being restocked, and periods of high sales can cause delays in order fullfilment. If your order is going to be delayed for more than 5 days before shipping you will be notified. Payment Methods and Currencies TOP
Selina Fenech Fantasy Art is an Australian based company that caters to many Australian stores as well as stores in the US and abroad, and so this site operates in both AUD and USD currencies. Australian orders must pay in Australian dollars (which includes GST) and all other countries in US dollars.
You may pay with credit card by selecting the Paypal/Credit Card option in US Dollars. You do not need to be a paypal member to pay with credit card.
Direct Debit, Personal/bank cheques or money orders are accepted ONLY for Australian customers due to high bank fees. These payments must be received and clear before your order is shipped. Credit Card Processing TOP
Credit card payments through this site are processed with Paypals secure system, which means they are processed instantly, and the credit card details are never in our posession. If there is a problem with your order, or an item is out of stock, you will be informed and given options or refunded. Minimum Order Amount TOP
Selina Fenech Fairies and Fantasy understands the need for small quantity orders, so we have no minimum order on quanity of items except greeting cards (lots of 6), allowing you to freely order whatever quanity of products you wish.
However, we do have a minimum order price of $100 for all orders to discourage personal shopping. Shipping Costs and Methods TOP
There are a number of different shipping methods available. Within Australia you have the option of standard post (1-5 day delivery), or Express post (next day delivery to certain zones). Shipping time internationally from Australia is generally 2-4 days for EMS International Express Courier or 6-10 business days for air mail.
Shipping is calculated by weight automatically by the shopping cart. You can review shipping costs in the shopping cart before committing to ordering by adding products to your cart, selecting your shipping option and clicking the Recalculate button.

For regular, repeat customers, we offer orders on a 30 day account, and will ship your order with invoice for payment within 30 days. Only authorised businesses are offered this option, all other orders must be paid for up front. "Can I sell your products online or on Ebay?" TOP
Yes! You may sell these products on ebay and online. If you sell on ebay, please mention in your sales that it is official Selina Fenech Merchandise, to avoid confusion with counterfeit or copyright infringing ebay sales, which are becoming a regular occurance on Ebay.
You may use any of the product images and descriptions from this website to promote the items to sell. "Do you have a printed catalog?" TOP
No, sorry at this time we do not have a printed catalog of our range, as it is too large to feasibly offer in print.
"Do you dropship?" TOP
Sorry, unfortunately we can not offer drop shipping. "I saw a product on your retail store website that isn't on the wholesale site. Will it be made available for wholesale?" TOP
We are working to get all of our product range available for wholesale purchase. However, some items require a lot of time with many hand made components, and with others, the prices from our suppliers is prohibitive for selling at wholesale rates. We are constantly seeking new suppliers and manufacturing techniques to better our product range and quality, and make more products available wholesale. "Can I use your product images and graphics to promote your products that I sell?" TOP
Of course! Please feel free to use the photos and graphic images of products we have on this website to promote and sell the products you buy from us, whether it's on your own website or auction site. "The shipping calculator isn't working for my postal zone, what's wrong?" TOP
When the shopping cart calculates your orders weight to be OVER 20kilograms in weight, it cannot calculate shipping and you will receive this error message "Sorry, it was not possible to calculate shipping for this order. No Australia Post quotes were available for this destination". If for this or any reason it will not calculate shipping for your order, please select "Over 20kg Weight" as your shipping zone, and shipping will be calculated and charged seperately after your order is received. |
